TRY THIS: it’s called the sitting-rising test and a study published in European Journal of Cardiology presented it as a predictor of all cause mortality (little morbid, I realize). • • The goal is to score a perfect 10 in squatting all the way to ground and assuming a floor sitting position #floorculture , then stand back up to your feet using no points of contact with your hands (that includes touching your knees) For each touch you lose a point and each wobble, half point. An interesting part of handbalancing for me is how to integrate it into the movement context and how it affects the ability to sequence.
