Wild Florida ⁠⠀ ~~⁠⠀ This past weekend we snuck away to the west coast of Florida. We explored Sarasota, Siesta Key & Longboat Key and Myakka State Park. I was pretty sure that my photos from the weekend would be from the beach, but I fell in love with Myakka. I loved finding a place in Florida that retained all of its untouched glory. ⁠⠀ ~~⁠⠀ It would have been inauthentic of me to tell you that I loved all of the beaches near Sarasota. They are beautiful, but they were busy, even out of season. By my definition of beautiful and magical, I will always choose a place that is quiet and off-the-beaten-path. ⁠⠀ ~~⁠⠀ Again, that is not to say the beaches are not nice or that we did not enjoy Sarasota, but if you are looking for something remote and away from crowds, hit up Myakka and explore one of the oldest state parks in Florida. It was the first time I have found a spot in Florida where the overhead view was nothing but treetops. To say it created some excitement would be an understatement. Was wenn wir alle einfach Mal mit ganz viel positiver Energie durchs Leben gehen würden...? ☀️ Wir machen uns alle viel zu viele Gedanken darüber, was andere von uns und dem was wir machen denken. Ich bin ja oft genauso. Ich bin ein sehr sensibler Mensch und nehme mir immer sehr zu Herzen, wenn jemand blöd über mich redet. Aber in der letzten Zeit habe ich immer mehr gelernt, wie wichtig es ist ich selbst zu sein, zu dem zu stehen wer ich bin. Ich finde, wir werden so sehr von anderen Leuten geprägt, weil wir auf deren Meinung hören. Aber was bringt uns denn das, wenn wir das Leben leben, das andere uns vorgeben. So sind wir nie wir selbst. Auf Dauer macht es uns sehr unglücklich und unzufrieden. Ich habe in den letzten 2 Jahren so viel über mich selber gelernt. Verstanden warum ich in gewissen Situationen so handle, warum mir bestimmte Dinge so gut gefallen oder auch nicht gefallen, und vor allem aber meine ganz eigene Lebenseinstellung gefunden. Ich lebe mein Leben so wie ich es mir wünsche. Verfolge MEINE Ziele... Die wichtigsten Grundsätze nach denen ich versuche zu leben sind: Denke immer positiv, alles was passiert hat was Gutes, auch wenn man es vlt erst später merkt! Keine Vorurteile gegenüber Menschen zu haben, die ich nicht kenne. Aber auch bei denen die ich bereits kenne, ich kann nie wissen was sie schon alles erlebt und durchgemacht haben! Respekt gegenüber der Natur, den Tieren und anderen Menschen! So viel wie möglich auszuprobieren; mich manchmal auch zu Dingen zu zwingen. Man lernt einfach so viel fürs Leben dazu! Entscheide mit deinem Bauchgefühl und lass dich nicht von anderen beeinflussen! Aber auch für mich ist die Umsetzung manchmal schwierig.
