For me, trying to drink enough water seems so hard, I hardly ever get my recommended two litres a day! But since I have given up caffeine I have got so much better at drinking this stuff! I used to drink LOADS of caffeine, in the form of fizzy drinks, until just 250mls would instantly give me a migraine and make me feel dizzy! I don’t drink tea or coffee so now I have no caffeine at all! It’s the best thing I’ve ever done! (And hardest) I feel so much better in myself, less headaches, I sleep better, I don’t wake up with a “fuzzy head” and of course drinking more water helps my skin and weight loss and has so many benefits!
I will keep trying to increase my water consumption, and like to add things like lemon and mint to keep It a bit more interesting!
How do you all remember to drink plenty of water? Any tips are greatly appreciated
