Update for anyone that cares. No longer actively “cutting” as I dipped to 250 and was feeling and looking softer, which indicates muscle tissue loss.

I’ve increased my calories up to 3600 daily with two high carb days of over 4K calories. Haven’t gotten super fat, and I’m hanging around 254 in the morning. Feeling good and the Bicep vein is still here so I got that going for me.
I am still in Denmark, but I mapped out my goals for the week prior to coming. My goal was to workout everyday and allowing myself one rest day. Another goal was to drink plenty of water and my superfood shake everyday my final goal was to enjoy my time here.
I am proud to say that I have accomplished all three goals.
