had to bring back this oldie, but goodie — white chocolate raspberry baked oatmeal
also, why can’t raspberries have their own emoji? oh, and white chocolate? these are just my Thursday thoughts.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (40g) Rolled Oats
- 2 tablespoons (14g) Coconut Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 egg white (46g)
- Splash of Vanilla Extract
- Water or Almond Milk to Mix (~1/2 cup)
- handful of raspberries (~50g)
- 1/2 serving of white #chocolate chips (8g)

Directions
.
1️⃣In a bowl, mix oats, coconut flour, baking powder. Add in egg whites, vanilla, and water. Mix. Add a handful of raspberries and a 1/2 serving of white chocolate chips.
2️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place oats in a small cake pan or ceramic bowl. Bake for 20 minutes.
