Born from a thirst for experimentation, a healthy dosing of imagination, and a taste for adventure, these extremely limited single batch brews are available exclusively at The Bruery Tasting Room. Small in quantity, one-derful in flavor. This collaboration with @theanswerva was inspired by, in our opinion, the most fun ice cream dessert. Our innovation team took all the elements of a banana split and masterfully translated those into The Bananswer. The creamy characteristics of an imperial milk stout play harmoniously with the sweetness of the bananas and the nutty and chocolatey flavors from the walnuts and cacao nibs. At The Bruery, we have a wide portfolio of wild beers ranging in tartness levels from sharp to sour to funky. Earlier this month, Jeremy Grinkey, @sour_jesus, led a sour palate training during July's Society Member Monday. This monthly event held at The Bruery- Terreux Tasting Room every first Monday of the month is where our Society members get to experience and participate in a variety of immersive panels and activities. We love sharing more about what we do and the beers we make. Our members learned about the flavors and complexities of a handful of the beers we make here. From saisons to Berliner Weisse we use our house culture and a variety of barrel and foeder aging to create a complex and flavorful experience. Conceptually designed using wild yeasts and bacteria including Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, and even some of our clean Saccharomyces yeast, the result is just as complex as the process itself.
