Vorrei riuscire a trasmettervi un concetto se ci riesco. Mancare dai social per qualche tempo è un po’ come mancare in televisione. No, non preoccupatevi, non mi sono montata la testa, cerco solo di fare un paragone che possa calzare con il concetto. Siamo abituati a vedere la vita degli altri o almeno di chi ci interessa, raccontata dalla tv, dai giornali o dai social. La vita reale, o almeno quella che vogliono far passare per tale. Scatti di vita vissuta con sorrisi smaglianti, trucchi impeccabili, vestiti alla moda e posti da sogno in cui andare in vacanza con figli perfetti e compagni/e adoranti. Quando per un po’ non si vedono o non si sentono o nessuno si occupa di loro, pensiamo quasi che siano scomparsi o che non abbiano più nulla di interessante da dare al pubblico o che la loro carriera sia finita. A volte però scopriamo che si sono solo dedicati ad altro, tipo al teatro o alla scrittura o che abbiano dovuto affrontare un periodo della loro vita in cui essere personaggio pubblico e mostrarsi felice e soddisfatto ad ogni costo si scontrava fortemente con l’affanno del momento. Tutto questo per dirvi che non sono quei 15 secondi di una storia o lo scatto immortalato per sempre in galleria che raccontano la vita di una persona, anche se è quello che si vuole far passare. C’è tanto altro e tutto il resto. Lo scomparire per qualche giorno perché si ha necessità di riflettere e pensare o perché non si ha voglia di essere social o perché ci si dedica a chi si ama perché ha bisogno di noi, è normale e terapeutico. Ma esistiamo, ci siamo e continuiamo a lavorare, ridere, piangere, cucinare e respirare come chiunque. Io continuo a cucinare perché per me è vitale e terapeutico, magari senza parlare, concentrandomi su ciò che amo fare.
