Didn’t expect it to get this deep haha - BUUUUUUT here we go . . . ✨ - This is the last phase of the meditation process that I go through - which is from Tony Robbins - The first phase is about focusing on the breath - The second phase is walking through and acknowledging the things that you are grateful in life - And then you will arrive to this final phase - This phase can only be done well if the feelings you are experiencing within yourself are on a good vibration. Feeling good, feeling amazing, feeling great etc - When you are feeling good as well as thinking about the things you desire in life - it brings the sense that your desires are attainable, that they are within reach - But on the other hand, when you are feeling low the thought of dreaming doesn’t even register to the conscious mind. So the thought of dreaming isn’t even entertained and you may accept that things are just the way they are - The power of the conscious mind is undeniable and the more it is trained not only does it get stronger but a stronger connection is made with the universe - That is why and how things are able to fall into place as they do - Perhaps that is why people who are constantly positive and live a life of abundance continue to live a life of abundance - And those who are negative continue to live in a cycle of negativity. But that doesn’t mean it cannot be changed, because it can - Through practicing mindfulness, choosing positive thoughts and feeling good - But I’m not a guru by any means.
