A bit of #transformation and may be #motivation . The difference between the first picture and video is about 1,5 month... I always tell - our bodies is the best creation ever. We just don’t realize it ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Ну что мои дорогие , вот и Уддияна Бандха вроде со мной в полном размере. Ок ок, не идеальна . Но тем не менее Разница между фото и видео примерно 1,5 месяца. У меня вообще сегодня утро йогического прорыва. (См.сторис) Причём прошу заметить - я не рву пятую точку лишь бы сделать. Постпартум мне никто не отменял. Я также бережно смотрю на свои мышцы живота , сошлись они вообще или нет. Пока ТТТ все в норме, соответствует 3-м неделям после родов. Я все ещё избегаю планок , перевёрнутых поз (мне 100% нельзя), но уддияну (вакуум) практикую Канеш посл нед активно. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Настроение чума! Спала аж 3 часа беспрерывно (но мне реально хватает), потом ещё по часу с перерывами и все гут. Природа и тут позаботилась о женщинах - мы не то чтобы выживаем, а ещё и бегаем и активничаем Времени на все катастрофически не хватает -факт. И это ещё при том, что на этой неделе муж работает из дома и (аллилуйя) водит детей хоть в сад мож поэтому у меня йогические прорывы ? Есть время помечтать на коврике. не ток потянуться, но и вжарить. С сегодняшнего утра перешла ещё на эллипсоид в качестве разминки. Пипец потею как старый козел. Гормоны. Отвыкла. Is she hungry...or is she full? ⁣ I used to go CRAZY wondering these same questions...(seriously, I was SO obsessed with his feedings and giving him enough)⁣ This is actually a very effective tip I learned from my friend @mamasandyx2 by going to her breastfeeding support groups! Use baby’s hands as a guide to determine how hungry they are! Their hands are almost like a gas gauge. Next time you feed your little one, notice how her hands are tighter at the beginning of a feed, and sloooowly start to loosen. A little throwback, 7.5 months pregnant practicing #Vrschikasana scorpion pose. I never posted this because of the questions and comments I thought I’d get, but I had been practicing this asana for a number of years before I became pregnant, so for me it was safe to continue. Every women goes through a different pregnancy, but continuing what makes you stronger is so important. So happy I didn’t give up this practice. Lets talk fitness when it comes to PREGNANCY.✨ When I was pregnant with both kids, I remember getting so much criticism over keeping up with my workouts while pregnant. This was actually the first time I went viral in the media. I remember hearing the following: “Shaken baby syndrome!” “Child abuse!” “Your abs are going to crush your baby!” “Selfish!” “You only care about your looks!” And many more things. - It has always amazed me how people could be so cruel over something so positive. The best thing that you can do for your baby (and yourself) is to stay healthy, eat good food, and keep moving! - During my pregnancy, I did not eat for two (that’s a myth by the way), but I made sure to eat enough to sustain my growing baby. Usually, it’s recommended to add 100 calories per trimester to what you normally eat. I gained 30lbs per pregnancy. - As far as workouts go, I aimed for 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week. My sessions mixed cardio, HIIT, and strength training. If you’re currently expecting, I put my training into a prenatal guide called Fit For Two (click the link in my bio to check it out) so expectant mamas could get their fitness in at home. - A lot of people ask me if they can lose weight while pregnant and honestly this should not be a goal. However, I would suggest aiming to maintain muscle as a ton of mass can be lost while pregnant as your body changes. - Body image can be tough during pregnancy, but remind yourself that you’re growing a tiny human in there. Give yourself credit where it is due! #fitpregnancy

Those who are shocked and appalled that this mom delivered on the floor should know that there was less than one minute between the first image I took and full delivery. My best guess is it took about 2 minutes for him to be out from the time their car arrived at the ER entrance.This birth was exciting and fast, but not an emergency situation. In this image, Mama Jes is touching her son's head. She felt her body pushing him out quickly and wanted to make sure he was safe and supported. . An important part of feeding a baby is burping. Burping helps to get rid of some of the air that babies tend to swallow during feeding. Not being burped often and swallowing too much air can make a baby spit up, or seem cranky or gassy. How to Burp Your Baby When burping your baby, repeated gentle patting on your baby's back should do the trick. Cup your hand while patting — this is gentler on the baby than a flat palm. To prevent messy cleanups when your baby spits up or has a "wet burp," you might want to place a towel or bib under your baby's chin or on your shoulder. Try different positions for burping that are comfortable for you and your baby. Many parents use one of these three methods: Sit upright and hold your baby against your chest. Your baby's chin should rest on your shoulder as you support the baby with one hand. With the other hand, gently pat your baby's back. Sitting in a rocking chair and gently rocking with your baby while you do this may also help. Hold your baby sitting up, in your lap or across your knee. Support your baby's chest and head with one hand by cradling your baby's chin in the palm of your hand. Rest the heel of your hand on your baby's chest, but be careful to grip your baby's chin, not the throat. Use the other hand to pat your baby's back. Lay your baby on your lap on his or her belly. Support your baby's head and make sure it's higher than his or her chest. Gently pat your baby's back. If your baby seems fussy while feeding, stop the session, burp your baby, and then begin feeding again. Try burping your baby every 2 to 3 ounces (60 to 90 milliliters) if you bottle-feed and each time you switch breasts if you breastfeed.
