Hi Instagram I’ve had some new followers lately so I wanted to quickly introduce myself and say thank you for following along. After having two kids I’ve tried to turn my graphic design business into full-time work so I could stay home with my littles and enjoy these precious/wild years with them! At times working from home can be a difficult task trying to juggle mom duties and creative duties at once but when you love what you do it just seems to work itself out...I mean who needs sleep anyways? FRONT SQUATS ‍♂️ . Anyone else find front squats tough⁉️ ‍♀️‍♂️‍♀️‍♂️ . The front rack position demands a lot of the shoulders & upper back❗️ . The most common complaint we hear in the clinic is that people are finding it difficult to keep their elbows up as they squat... This tends to allow the bar to fall forward, pulling the bar path out over the toes . . ↕️ B A R P A T H: . The most efficient front squats have a vertical path travelling over the mid-foot . .
