Tagliate le zucchine con la grattugia a fori larghi. In una ciotola mescolare alle zucchine l'uovo, il formaggio e tutti gli altri ingredienti; amalgamare bene. Rivestire una placca da forno con la carta forno, formare le polpettine e appoggiarle ben distanziate l'una dall'altra. Infornare a 220° per circa 25 minuti girandole a metà cottura.
