Cinematic is an understatement ••• #flashbackfriday to one of our first themed walls: The soundtrack wall! We have built such an awesome collection of movie and tv show soundtracks, especially in the past 6 months! Obviously we don’t spin our soundtracks as often as many of our other genres, but it still super special for us to own quite a few of our favorite cinematic works on vinyl! Some of our soundtrack pressings are gorgeous as well, like the #StrangerThings one and the Tales from the Crypt record! ••• What is the coolest SOUNDTRACK in your collection!? Found this copy of Steely Dan’s Gaucho in the LP shelves stacked away and forgotten ( I’m hoping of you friends out there have similar experience), can’t really remember where I got it, probably London or Berlin (it’s a W. Germany press). Gave it a good wash on the LP washing machine & vacuum. Some old static is still there with pops and hiss but still ok, I would say grade B- for this copy.
