Please beware of these scammers who are after your money, your home, your help, or entry into your country. They prey on your kindness, trust and perceived loneliness. . Friendship and love take time to create and nurture. There’s nothing romance-film easy about it. A good partnership takes commitment, communication, time together and a genuine liking for the other person. Yes, yes, your new love is amazing, perfect, etc, but they still don’t change the toilet roll, doesn’t know how the washing machine works and leaves their underwear on the floor. . I love, like and admire my husband, I enjoy his company. We aren’t perfect, but we are real. What is a catfish? Someone who makes fake profiles on social media sites and dating sites using other people's photos and biographical information to deceive people into falling in love with them..and or to scam people out of money and other tangible items. Most of the marks or people who get scammed or taken advantaged of don't know that they are "Marks". Scammers actually go for people who are lonely, looking for love, low self esteem, etc. These people are not tech savvy so they won't do any research of photos. So, the FIRST STEP in protecting yourself is to LOVE YOURSELF! Focus on being a better YOU! If you don't kove yourself, how can you trust that someone else will? Anyone that tries to love you, will have a hard time convincing you that they do (or you will try really hard to convince others to love you). SECOND, REQUIRE VIDEO MESSAGES! You can't discover a person's true character on texts and phone calls alone. Schedule to meet face to face. If they say No, go to STEP THREE! MOVE ON!! They aren't the one. TRUST YOUR GUT!
