Last weekend I’ve been in Zazhoginskiy shungite deposit,which is 250 km from my home in Karelia (and 20’ walking from the biggest and oldest Shungite manufacture in the world)) So,well, From fairytales of our childhood all of us have heard about dead and alive waters, right? I personally could not live without them but I used to think they were silly (I was just young naive). There are so many health benefits and healing powers that you could be missing out on! They calm me down when I’m stressed and help when the common cold is going around! I also love to pamper myself with fun face masks! Other then that some daily meditation or full moon rituals help in keeping a positive mind. I read a spiritual healing book for help as well and I schedule some time away from the work and social media to clear the mind. X X X SATURDAY VIBES... feeling quite exhausted today spent another day/night at the hospital with the family. Then went to my dance completion, my team placed 1st and got a special award, which I am so proud of. Today another repeat of that but good vibes are in the air I can feel them! Even through the tough times there is light! Stay positive people and spread kindness like star dust to everyone you see today as you don’t know what they are really dealing with in their life. X X X Saturday’s are usually our rest days to catch up on sleep and self care. We will probably be in the shop this time though because our markets are fast approaching. I’m coming down with a cold I think from being in the hospital. I’ll be in and out of the shop due to family stuff and more dance competitions today! We are working on more mini trays for @thevintagebarnmarket at the end of this month! X X X Here is our NEW very sharp angled single peak mountain shelf / crystal triangle altar ™️ in our ebony stain colour. We added a some white rustic hand painted moon phases on the front and also made the base wider for more space for bigger items! We’ve had these drawings in the sketch book for awhile and just haven’t had time for them as we’ve been so busy with orders & family in the hospital but we made some time this week to bring them to life! We’ve been so blessed to call Sedona home and even more blessed spending time at @campavalon_sedona If you want a place to enjoy Sedona the way it’s intended this spiritual nature retreat and campground is the only place left. 10/10 highly recommended!
