169!!! Sunkkarit teki vuonna 2007 yhteensä 169 keikkaa! Tuon hullun breikkausvuoden pari viimeistä kuukautta meni Euroopassa naputellen viitisenkymmentä loppuunmyytyä keikkaa parin tuhannen hengen yleisöille. Lentokoneessa Samu istui tuon vuoden aikana 105 kertaa. Parhaimpina (vai pahimpina?! ) kausina 7 haastattelua päivässä! Ja tuohon aikaan bäkkärillä ei vielä nautittu proteiinijuomia... Kyllä siellä todella on painettu selkä hiessä töitä, hurja suoritus!! Siinä on ehkä ”Never Let Go” jo muutaman kerran käynyt mielessä. Aurinkoinen @kuutis haastatteli tuon rundin jälkeen Samua Suosikin juttua varten. Vieläköhän siellä on muistissa, kuinka ryytyneeltä mies tuolloin vaikutti?! • 169!!! Sunrise Avenue played 169 gigs in 2007! The last couple of months of that crazy breakthrough year the band spent playing 50 sold-out gigs on the venues which could take around 2000 people each. Samu sat in an airplane 105 times that year. In the best (or worst?! ) times he made 7 interviews per day! And in those days the guys didn’t consume protein drinks backstage... They have really been sweating their asses off, impressive achievement!! Maybe those days ”Never Let Go” crossed their minds a few times. After that tour sunny @kuutis interviewed Samu for Suosikki magazine.
