The Knife Angel This sculpture is currently at Coventry Cathedral. It was made at the British ironwork centre with the help of artist Alfie Bradley. It's made from knives gathered as part of an anonymous amnesty called “Save a Life, Surrender Your Knife” as well as some that are hand made. It's a national Monument against Violence and Aggression. Over the weekend we went to see the kife angel at Coventry cathedral the angel is made from 100,000 knifes confiscated by 43 police forces around the country. The kinfes are engraved with messages from the families of loved ones who have lost a relative to kife crime and scattered by the feet were more tributes and flowers.
