It's the NEW MOON , so if you weren't aware of how to seed sync, here's a super quick guide we've created to get you started.

Seed syncing uses the phases of your menstrual cycle to develop a rhythm of switching between two sets of seeds. If you aren't menstruating or your periods are highly irregular, you can use the lunar cycle as a guide.

Start on the first day of your period (or the New Moon— today!) with pumpkin and flax seeds. Eat these two seeds everyday on days 1 to 14.

Switch at day 15, which is typically ovulation, (or the Full Moon) to sesame and sunflower seeds. Eat them daily from days 15 to 28.

Restart with pumpkin and flax on "day 29" or the next New Moon!
