Probably my favorite finds from my Tokyo trip last March would have to be the new #ShuUemura Unlimited Foundation and the Shu Uemura Petal 55 Brush. . I originally visited Shu Uemura in Tokyo to repurchase my favorite Hard Formula Eyebrow Pencil in Seal Brown but couldn’t help it when the lady at the Shu Uemura store let me try out their new Unlimited Foundation. The foundation claims to be long lasting, breathable and oil controlling. I’ve tested this out in Manila and it lives up to its claims! I especially love the radiant matte finish and how light it feels on the skin. It’s very long lasting as well and will last about 8-10 hours. The shade range is quite limited though as it really is meant for Asian skintones. I’m shade 664 for reference. . The second Shu Uemura item I absolutely fell in love with is the Petal 55 foundation brush. I couldn’t find this anywhere in Tokyo but lucked out in the Narita Airport! I was able to get the limited all black version. This brush makes blending super easy and not streaky at all. It can be used all over the face as well and it hardly absorbs any product! . So I highly recommend the foundation especially for combination to oily skin types. The brush is a worth it purchase, but they dupes I saw in Japan are pretty similar as well! @shuuemura eyelash curler has been my fave ever since I got it. Been using it for 3 years I’ve tried other eyelash curlers and believe me, this is the best eyelash curler everrr. It perfectly curls your lashes. I sometimes use it without mascara and the lift still stays. It lets you get really close to the eyelids without pinching or hurting your eyelids. But I think this has to replaced already. Before, the curl stays all day even without mascara but now, I’ve noticed that I had to re-curl after a few hours.
