So my skin is being a real Archie-Andrews-in-season-2-of-Riverdale, aka hella annoying. I’ve got mild eczema on my chin and around my mouth, and I’ve broken out in pimples in a beard-like shape. It starts near my ears/side bangs, then goes along my cheeks and chin. Essentially this: in small, red pimples. Whenever something like this happens, I “reset” my skin. I cut out any new-er products and go back to my old-and-faithful staple routine, only using products that I know won’t irritate my skin. My “Reset” Routine: 1. @biodermaaustralia micellar water to remove makeup 2. Cleanse with @gotoskincare Properly Clean and my @lumiskin_beauty sonic device 3. @summerfridays Jet Lag mask 4. @gotoskincare Face Hero oil 5. @gotoskincare Very Useful Face Cream I’ll hopefully be back to new in no time . (Mainly so my boyfriend will stop calling me pimp face — I know he only does it to annoy me, but it works, AND because I have so many new products to try!) I’m telling ya, being a skincare blogger is a messy/pimply business.

#innisfreeusagiftedme @innisfreeusa - to try and I needless to say, I will try anything that promises to Brighten my skin. Literally, Anything! Tangerines steal the show in these products. The peels are naturally infused with 4x concentrated Vitamin C and 6 types of citrus flavonoids to encourage a clear, even complexion and to top it all these tangerines come from Jeju Island in Korea and the land itself has volcanic origins and the soil is rich. So all the goodness starts from the grass root level. . . . I used both the serum and the sleeping mask together, as a package deal. I figured they would compliment each other ingredient wise and enchance the effects. The serum is a light weight, not too dense nor too thick, clear gel and it spreads easily. It stays tacky for initial two-three minutes and then sets in. The skin does not feel dry or stretched. I follow it with the sleeping mask that is cloudy, opaque thick gel- cream. The sleeping mask stays tacky. It doesn’t dry. The tackiness reduces considerably after a while. Does not stains the pillow. My skin appears visibly bright and the skin tone appears pretty even. I have a patchy skintone, so I can confidently say, I see difference. My pores on the other hand are not that huge and visible. So I don't notice much change in that department. My face is smooth and soft and even in texture as well. The stuff is good. It tastes bitter and does not smell citrusy. It has a pleasant cologne like scent. . . My experience and results are based on using both the products together. On its own to see how each one performs, I need more usage time. Will update again in a month or so.
