This drum has traveled the world to get into my hands. It was handmade for me specifically in my homeland, and typing these words gives me goosebumps... I am worthy. Crafted by a shaman sought out by my Ukrainian family, then gifted to me by the women who are my blood, truth and foundation. This drum has traveled with my mother to Northern Ireland, and we have patiently waited to meet for over 6 months. See, I had no intention of going back to Ukraine last year, so she carefully and graciously picked it up during her trip past November. Little did I know that I would visit my homeland in April, called by the strings of my heart. This instrument is a product of ancestral love and it holds generational intention of nothing but trust. It’s my birthday and I’m feeling so self-reflective today. I was discussing my past year with my husband and he reminded me of the epic women’s circles I held, the private clients I empowered and the life-changing trainings I took in Colorado with @awakeningwomen , in the South of France with @anaiya.sophia , in Reiki mastery with @Reikiunleashed and in Sound Medicine with @sheheramocellin . Then he said that “You mainly brought all that energy home for us, babe. I’m so grateful ”. ✸ There are so many things I wanted to accomplish so far...so many opportunities I wanted to say yes to but I’ve been putting my home life and its state of harmony first over and over again. To master using my feminine power at home has created a whole new foundation for my family. There’s less crying and more dance parties, my husband and I went vegan and six months later, my husband’s Doctor told him he’s in the top 1-3% of her healthiest patients. I’ve taken over our morning routines with prayer and sound baths and our evenings are filled with Angel prayers, requests for Reiki from my kids and chanting the “I Am” technology with my husband before dinner. This is feminine empowerment too. Having the energy of our home be of peace, love and joy is a life-long, Spiritual calling and I deeply feel that women are up for it. Shifting the vibration of our homes, shifts EVERYTHING. . ✸ For our new home vibration, I’ve filled our home with new crystals and I continue to clean out what feels like endless clutter. My home life will never be perfect but I sure know how to create harmony more than ever before. ✸ Tomorrow, I’m opening up my energy and schedule a bit to do Reiki and Angel Blessings on a 5-month old baby. This makes this Birthday a very happy one for me. This makes me OVERJOYED to be a lightbearer on this planet. . ✸ I’m sending white light and love into your homes today. How a simple continual tone of sound frequency can lock your focus and boost creativity is amazing. It fuels my imagination to "visualise" sound .
