Super late in the #marchmeetthemaker cuz it’s already on day 8 ‍♀️ which is “product range”...so here’s a little collage on some of the different things I make out of glass! I still prefer to incorporate shells and seaglass into as many pieces as I can because I feel like it makes the piece even more special and unique and customers can feel like they’re literally getting to hang a piece of Hawaii up in their windows! But it’s not always practical for every piece to have them, sometimes it just doesn’t call out for them or it sets it off balance. I also like to mix it up sometimes and make lead free pendants out of my smaller scraps of glass instead of tossing them into the trash. Zdecydowałam się na krok, który może mnie doprowadzić do bankructwa czyli postanowiłam na prawie całe lato wstrzymać przyjmowanie indywidualnych zamówień. Przepraszam że informuję Was tak na ostatnią chwilę, ale nie miałam tego w planach... bardziej skłaniałam się ku temu, by wykazać się rozsądkiem godnym prawdziwego "przedsiębiorcy" i zrezygnować z urlopu. Wymarzonego od lat, dodajmy. Ale uświadomiłam sobie, że ktoś chyba wyciągnął mi wtyczkę z prądu, i że jeżeli nie znajdę trochę czasu dla siebie, to mogę zacząć biegać po ulicach i gryźć ludzi. Albo zacząć robić coś innego, równie niedorzecznego. W najbliższych miesiącach muszę poważnie się zabrać za pracę nad doktoratem, jeśli mam go kiedykolwiek skończyć... no i pojechać na ten nieszczęsny urlop, jeśli mam nie oszaleć. Postanowiłam więc chwilowo wyelimionwać element mojej pracy najbardziej czasochłonny i energochłonny, a więc przyjmowania indywidualnych zamówień. Czasochłonny, ponieważ jak Was kocham (a kocham, serio!) to jednak liczba wiadomości, którą wymieniamy podczas dogadywania zamówienia, potrafi przyprawić o zawroty głowy. Energochłonny, ponieważ ja ogólnie mam poważny problem z nawiązaniem i utrzymaniem jakiejkolwiek łączności pomiędzy własnym mózgiem a światem zewnętrznym, a prowadząc sprzedaż online, istnieje konieczność nawiązywania takich połączeń codziennie, nie raz, nie dwa i nie trzy. A teraz zarówno czas, jak i enerię muszę ukierunkować na noś innego. Tyle słowem wstępu, teraz garść konkretów: ➡do około połowy września nie będę przyjmować żadnych zamówień indywidualnych ➡będę oczywście robiła biżuterię, ale w totalnym oderwaniu od czynników zewnętrzno-ludzkich. Czyli tyle, na ile w danym momencie mam czas i siłę. Regularnie będę wrzucać te rzeczy do sklepu, a Wy będziecie je mogli nabyć drogą kupna ;) ➡indywidualne zamówienia przyjmuję jeszcze przez tydzień, do przyszłej środy.
