• My top 7 tips from opening morning of Star Wars Land: 1️⃣ Disney has done an amazing job at controlling the crowds! I was shocked by how fabulous it was walking around. Despite what it looks like in my entry video (because they were herding all of us through one entrance point), the crowd was pretty close to perfect from 8-11:00am. We never had a line at any dining. We waited an hour for the Millennium Falcon, and around 20 min for the Cantina. So based on this experience, your best time to visit Star Wars Land is during the reservation period in June. You can still get a reservation by staying at one of the 3 Disneyland Resorts! 2️⃣ You don’t need to arrive hours ahead of time. We left the Disneyland Hotel at 6:30am & had almost no lines through security, ticket booth, & admissions. Once you enter Disneyland they will guide you to Launch Bay for wristbands & that line was about 10-15 min. You will wait at Galactic Grill after getting the wristbands until the opening walk over as one group. 3️⃣ Go to the Cantina first or within the 1st hour. We were turned away several times after 9:00am & told to keep checking. At 10:00am they announced it was closed to reservations for our group giving us a scare. Luckily they changed the decision, & opened one more queue before the 11:00am group was allowed in. 4️⃣ The Millennium Falcon ride was a 60 min wait for us at park opening. The time went down to 15-30 min later in the morning so hold off that first hour of entry. They will mark your wristband after your 1st ride & you can go multiple times, but only those who have not ridden it yet are allowed in line your final hour. 5️⃣ Even though our reservation was from 8am-12pm, they have the next group entering at 11:00 overlapping your time. Then it gets crowded! Save your dining for that last hour. 6️⃣ If you don’t want a backseat driver while you pilot the Millennium Falcon, you may want to request one of the “non essential” roles in the back. We had a critic shouting directions at us, and disappointment at our score. ✨ 7️⃣ Bring an extra credit card for all the merchandise you are going to want. ✨ . More detailed tips coming!

Well, I re-took the picture, with a better camera, better lighting and (hopefully) a better eye for taking pictures!! Taaadaaaaa!! Just waiting over here on Endor for my Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge reservations. __ In all honesty I started seeing everyone’s post and stories this A.M. and I immediately regret that I kept watching and scrolling. I really wanted to every aspect to be a surprise when I walked it. __Normally I’m huge planner, and I’ve read having a plan of action for the 4 hours in the land is the way to go. So should I keep watching to plan out what all I want to try to see OR keep swiping left to avoid seeing anymore spoilers?!?!?
