The Grand Princess enters the city of Venice, dwarfing the 15th century buildings edging San Marco Square. A blast of her horn sends pigeons scattering into the sky, completing my picture. In yesterday’s news, a similar sized behemoth turned dangerous when the out-of-control cruise ship wiped out a dock and a tourist boat in Venice, causing injuries and panic in this beautiful but over-touristed and sinking city. #cindyrurustravel 在來到威尼斯之前 為了想要更了解它的景色 看了一些在威尼斯拍的電影 色遇、偷天換日、濃情威尼斯 (007皇家夜總會也有一點點) 也找了很多在威尼斯拍的MV Anyone of us、四面楚歌、黑色毛衣、竊愛、最近好嗎 (周董也太愛在這拍了吧) 而我只專注在充滿著水道與貢多拉的浪漫巷弄 沒留意有一個很大很漂亮的廣場 就是照片裡這個 #聖馬可廣場 我到威尼斯的第一站就是這裡 來現場真的是徹底被震懾住 不愧被拿破崙稱讚為 #歐洲最美的客廳 一個超大的長方形廣場 四周包圍著全是文藝復興時期的建築 佇立在旁的聖馬可鐘樓更是高聳美麗不容忽視 我身後的 #聖馬可大教堂 便是廣場名稱的由來 馬可是聖經裡有名的 #馬可福音 的作者馬可 信徒在此為馬可興建教堂因而得名 這裡除了是政治、宗教、節慶活動的中心外 也曾是威尼斯執行死刑的地方 我去的時間剛好是有名的威尼斯面具嘉年華剛結束時 結束不到一個禮拜喔 覺得有些可惜 不過也好因為人就沒那麼多 而世界知名的 #花神咖啡館 也座落於此廣場 1720年營業至今擁有近300年歷史 據說馬克吐溫、安迪沃荷、卓别林都是座上嘉賓 信義新光也在一兩年前將它引進 不過有機會當然要去總店感受那迷人氣息 在威尼斯我有著很多遺憾 1.沒有去花神咖啡館 2.錯過面具嘉年華 3.遇到一場大雨無法好好拍美照 4.有拍到的美照也沒了因為手機後來壞掉 但正是因為有著這些遺憾 我更有理由再來探索一次這個美麗的城市 #piazzasanmarco #stmarkssquare #basilicadisanmarco #stmarksbasilica #venice #veniceitaly #venice #veniceitaly #visitvenice #explorevenice #venezia #veneziagram #italy #italy #italytravel #italytravels #italiandays #威尼斯 #義大利 #義大利 #歐洲旅遊 #歐洲旅行 @we_europe @venice_traveler @top.italy @veneziacityitaly
