I decided to take a different spin on this week's #HOMwork ! The assignment was to letter a goal out of the stars or galaxy & since one of my goals is to contribute to a video game, I figured it wasn't enough to just letter the aspiration! So I chose to create an environment for my badass babe to live in, helping to show off some character creation skills & she's complimented perfectly by the mega stellar patch on her vest!

It felt pretty good to go back to using a pencil within my sketchbook to do some hand lettering. Sometimes I feel I have more control of the pencil. Though it's a lot easier to fix mistakes using my iPad pro. I will always love digital more than using a pencil and traditional media. But every now and then it does actually feel pretty great to use the traditional medium. .

Which is definitely something I very much miss from my last job.
