Guten Abend ihr Lieben,
seid ihr alle gut in die neue Woche gestartet? Mein Start hätte mit einer Bewerbungsabsage und dem Verlieren meiner neuen, teuren Kopfhörer wohl definitiv besser sein koennen - aber Dinge, die ich nicht mehr ändern kann und anstatt meinen Kopfhörern hinterher zu weinen, die kleinen Dinge am Tag geschätzt. Trotz „kleiner“ Riegeleskalation super hungrig heute, immernoch Sonnenschein (super windig aber immerhin Sonne) und einer alten Frau die Treppe hochgeholfen. Und wer weiß, vielleicht gibt es heut mal wieder eine Snackbowl. Habt einen schoenen Abend!

Vegan breakfast burrito Do you ever make a meal that was so good you contemplate quitting conventional life and dropping everything to move to a faraway city and sell said meal from a food truck?!?! appointment update !!
so i had SEDS this morning and for the 73839th week in a row my care worker asked to weigh me i’ve refused now for nearly two months because i am so unhappy and ashamed with the number on the scale having anybody else see that scares the shit out of me but after lots of encouragement and the reassurance that she won’t go back and laugh/talk about my weight to other members of staff (yes this is literally something i am terrified that happens but i was assured this isn’t the case) i got weighed !!! it triggered tf out of me knowing now somebody else knows my weight and i have such a huge fear my worth and worthiness of treatment is based on that number. my care worker was frustrated at the meal plan the dietician did and told me to go back to what i was having before until i meet with a different dietician to come up with a better plan and try to remove fortisip completely. she has given me a plan to wean me onto an all solid diet i’m so terrified to do that because i’m a lot more comfortable with fortisip and finally feel somewhat safe in my meal plan. she brought my mom into the appointment and encouraged family meals, cooking to be left to my mom and fortisip as a last resort which has honestly made me more anxious, more terrified and i just feel so defeated. i don’t feel like i can increase or hand the control over to my mom. i want the safety and security of my ed but i also want life and freedom and flexibility. hearing my mom say i’m ridged, in my own bubble and isolated made me upset because i don’t want this to impact my family but it’s so difficult. my weigh ins have been increased again and i have to have my meal plan changed☹️. i’m just in all honesty absolutely terrified i came home and i made milky way brownies as a distraction and they look SOOO good hope you’ve all had a good day sorry for the negativity, keep going xx
