Hey guys!I hope you are all doing wellI did not post that much the past couple of days because I had a lot of labs and uni tutorials/presentations and the past three days I have been feeling a bit sick,been sleeping a lot and not eating very well so I think that my body is trying to say to me that I should hit the gym again and go easy on carbs.I want to have a better and more healthy lifestyle because sometimes I loose the balance.It’s so easy to be caught up in bad habits when you especially have a lot of work in uni but I think in the long run it will be worth it if we all put in the extra effort to attain some healthy habits.For me the most important thing is to eat relatively healthy and avoid eating a lot of carbs and sugar.I also want to go back to powerlifting which I used to do competitively for two years and I felt great back then.‍♀️ So for all May and June I will try to go exercise at least three times a week and I will try to restrict my carbs consumption to 2 times a week.Sometimes it’s really difficult combining studying and having a healthy lifestyle but I think it’s time to do it again!For this block I have Embryology and my exam is on the 7th of June so i still have a lot of time to revise and do sports Do you guys like exercising and doing sports? -I was also thinking if I end up having a gym routine to share it in my stories,would you guys be interested in that?✨ • • • #studyaccount #study#studygram#student #studyspo #studynotes #studyhard #studymotivation #notes#bujo #saturdays #studying #physiology #anatomy #study_time #studystudystudy #biomedicina #biomed#med#university #studentenleben #studywithme #instastudy

Olá, pessoal! Tudo bem com vocês? Vez ou outra recebo msgs aqui de pessoas se comparando e se diminuindo por conta do que veem pelo instagram, e senti necessidade de falar um pouco sobre a realidade por trás das redes. . Venho refletindo sobre a imagem que as postagens podem passar, de que a realidade do outro é perfeita, que o outro consegue estudar de forma constante todos os dias, que o outro tá sempre motivado e batendo todas as metas. Mas queria deixar claro que isso não é a minha realidade (e dificilmente a de alguém). Inclusive tô há um tempo bem cansada e meu rendimento não é mais o mesmo que foi no 1° ano de estudo. E isso é normal. Acontece com todo mundo. Sei como é o sentimento de que nada vai dar certo, que só você não consegue e que tá todo mundo "na sua frente", mas é uma ILUSÃO achar que todo mundo tá bem, sem stress e batendo seus 100% todos os dias. . A gente tem que filtrar o que vê aqui e parar de se colocar pra baixo. Parar de se comparar de forma negativa. Cada um tem seu tempo, sua realidade, suas dificuldades... E o que o pessoal registra aqui, na melhor das hipóteses, reflete apenas uma micro parte e não o todo. Eu, particularmente, exponho pouco sobre problemas e dificuldades, não me faz bem, mas não significa que não os tenha e que rendo maravilhosamente bem todos os dias (quem dera ). No geral gosto de postar as partes boas e positividade como forma de me motivar mais e motivar quem me acompanha. Vejo muitos IG's fazendo o mesmo, mas nada é perfeito. Não se ache menor que ninguém!! . Estamos no mesmo barco! Também tenho meus momentos de não render nada, de me sentir perdida, ansiosa e insegura. Mas vamos cuidar da nossa saúde mental (e física, o que não fiz por muito tempo, porém esse ano venho dando mais atenção), caso contrário não tem como ser saudável e sustentável. . Dia 128/365. “A não ser que seja um tubarão, não tenha medo antes da hora.” . Paremos de sofrer pela prova que nem conhecemos ainda! Pode vir boa pra gente, pode não vir tanto. Mas a verdade é que só conhecemos o edital até então. E os examinadores (busque sobre!!). Mais nada. Sendo assim, nossa concentração tem que estar neles (nas dicas e apostas dos cursos que fizer também, claro). Se a gente se dedica, vem de uma bagagem longa e crescente e tá indo de acordo com o edital, pronto! É o que podemos fazer no momento. Não dá pra adivinhar se o examinador vai preparar uma surpresa muito louca. E nem tem motivo pra pensarmos nisso com tanta revisão pra se fazer, né? A gente só pode se preparar da melhor forma que der. Reforçar os pontos em que não tá indo bem nas questões, revisar muito, não negligenciar a lei seca e as juris. Correr atrás. Correr atrás do que é possível e real nesse momento. Isso por si só já vai diminuir a chance de sermos pegos de surpresa! Então, sem medo. Vamos em frente! Foco no agora e no real, muita coragem e arregaça as mangas! Simbora se preparar pra enfrentar o que vier! E se não for pra ser a nossa hora agora, é só porque ainda estamos subindo nossas escadas e tá tudo bem. A escada não é interminável, por mais longa que pareça. Se a gente continua subindo, uma hora chegamos no destino!
