‍♀️‍♀️ ✖️INTENSIVE THERAPY✖️ . Today’s plans may not have quite gone to... well PLAN! . But we did manage to get an AWESOME session of HOME THERAPY done ✅ . Blair was SO tired he actually asked to go to bed a whole hour early tonight! . And this Mummy is totally knackered too! . Hopefully everything WILL go to plan and he’ll be back at @napacenter tomorrow . We are SO EXCITED that Blair is back down at @napacenter this week for a last minute INTENSIVE THERAPY spot‍♂️ . For the next week we will be making the DAILY 4 HOUR round trip down to NAPA at Lane Cove EVERY DAY for a total of 13 HOURS of Physio, Spidercage , OT & Neurosuit . Then it’s time to unpack ✔️soak Blair in an Epsom Salt bath ✔️massage Blair with Arnica cream, Magnesium oil, Tiger balm and pop heated wheat pack on sore spots ✔️cook dinner ✔️feed humans, chickens, cat & dogs ✔️clean up ✔️pack lunches for next day ✔️put Blair in bed ✔️read bedtime story ✔️repack for next day ✔️ingest quick cup of tea whilst staring blankly at a randomly monotonous tv show ✔️shower ✔️collapse in bed! . Then get up the next day... and the next day... and the next... and do it ALL again! . . ✖️CHICKEN LADY ✖️ . How do you relax? . Some people read a book... others watch a movie... some meditate... . Me? I talk to chickens . Last November Mr 10 was unexpectedly gifted 3 hens & a rooster ♿️ . Sure... living on acreage we’d considered getting chickens.... one day . Well seems THAT was to be THE day . ⏭Fast forward⏭ 6 months and Blair now has 15 hens & a rooster . We’ve incubated our own chicks . Raised 5 chicks from day old . Have built the “Cluckingham Palace” of wheelchair accessible chicken coops . And a chicken run complete with the most amazing Sensory Garden for our boy! . And let’s just say they’ve grown on me... just a little! . Oh alright... I’m “clucking” nuts about them . #chooks #rurallife #ruralliving #freerange #chickenlady
