Today I decided I am going to take the kids to the Y by myself (first time doing this) I am going to put them in child watch for 30 minuets and do some cardio..... . . I don’t even know how I feel about this... nervous, guilty, excited All of the above Answer definitely all of the above... so today I am strong because it it’s taking absolutely all my energy not to give into my nerves and stand in the privacy window watching them the entire 30 minutes, it’s taking all my energy not to give into the feelings of guilt knowing they are in a strange new place without me and run down and get them or resume my position in the privacy window....and my excitement... I am still trying to get there trying to remind myself of baby steps... and trying to remind myself that by doing this and getting them comfortable I am setting up a situation where once-twice a week I can workout without kids or maybe even have a gym date with my husband! . . Ist das nicht viel zu früh für Beikost ? BLW ist das einzig Wahre ! Also bei uns liegt nie was rum. Ich räume die Küche immer sofort auf. Unser Fernseher läuft nie... Und in den allermeisten Fällen sind das Mütter ‍♀️ Wie wäre es mal mit Empowerment statt Bashing ? Was wünschen wir uns als Mütter nicht nur von unseren Männern, auch von Frauen aus unserem Umfeld ? Ein bisschen mehr Wertschätzung und Anerkennung, Lob und ein paar nette und aufbauende Worte. Thats it! Doch gerade dort trifft man oft auf Unverständnis oder es wird einem Kritik entgegengebracht. Unerbetene Ratschläge werden gegeben und sorgen dafür sich Unwohl zu fühlen, oftmals in Situationen in denen wir sowieso schon verletzlich und angreifbar sind. Aber sollte es nicht eher darum gehen, dass man sich gegenseitig unterstützt ? Das man sich Tipps gibt, sich bestärkt und auch mal ein aufbauendes Wort zusprechen ? Und vor allem auch zu tolerieren, dass jeder seine Methoden hat. Deshalb, ihr Lieben behaltet in Zukunft eure schiefen Blicke und eure bissigen Kommentare lieber für euch.
