Plnit si sny, cíle, ZKOUŠET NOVÉ VĚCI. Vždycky, asi tak od 8. třídy na základce jsem si chtěla pořídit skate nebo longboard. V té době mi to máma vymluvila a aby se jí to podařilo, vystrašení mě, že si an tom zlomím ruku, nohu nebo nedejbože vaz. Prkno mi podjede, já spadnu na záda, třísknu se hlavou o asfalt, budu mít otřes mozku,... moc dobře věděla, že já se svojí mírnou hypochodnrií, kdy jsem analyzovala každý pupínek a píchnutí, se na to vyse*u. Ta chuť si ho pořídit přišla znovu. Ve devítce, v prváku, ve druháku... a teď znova i ve čtvrťáku, díky tomu, že si ho pořídil můj parťák fotograf a učitel IT @denisstolarik. • Stojím si za tím, že když nám něco leží v hlavě, něco, co chceme vyzkoušet a opakovaně se nám to vrací, má to svůj důvod. A to ten, že bychom to sakra MĚLI vyzkoušet. Tak jsem vyzkoušela, přesvědčila se o tom, že mě to baví, že to ani není tak těžký a za dva dny jsem měla prkno doma. Taky jsem se přesvědčila o tom, že to ani není takovej hazard, jak mi líčila moje brečící mamka, protože strach je dobrým projevem pudu sebezáchovy a samozřejmě víte, co si k prknu můžete dovolit, jaké máte možnosti. • Neříkám, že s eto bez pádů v budoucnu neobejde, nejsem naivní. Ale rozhodně to nebude takovej horrorc, kterým mě maka žák moc strašila. Longboard je pro mě novej zdroj jak zraxovat a cítím, že ke mně tak nějak patří. • Tak se nebojte zkoušet nové věci a nenechte si jen tak něco vymluvit. Just give it a go a poznáš. Nikdy nevíš co za nové zdroje zábavy poznáš

Just by taking one dirty dancing class with Erica at Vasa has affected me way more than I thought it would. This class has taught me how to really love myself & grow my self esteem. Learning to move my body in ways I never have before. Self love is such an important thing! This class has become my safe place, along with many other girls who are just able to express themselves in ways they can’t anywhere else. Be open to new things! I encourage all girls, dance experience or not try this class if in Utah county or just to even try any dance class for the first time! I don’t paint seahorses (never before), I rarely paint with ink on canvas (it’s challenging), and I don’t use Posca pens very often (not since Dec 2017), but when my friend, Shannon asked if I’d ever be interested in painting a seahorse for her in the future I had no other choice but to see if in fact I could actually do it. Why I chose to use mediums I rarely use to paint something I’ve never painted before is beyond me, but it all worked! I feel like the texture on the seahorse might be more like what you’d see on a starfish, but hey, this is art, not a lesson in sea life anatomy, right?! What do you think? .
