Sometimes I like to consider #gravityglue as a kind of intuitive cosmic signature that somehow I’ve cultivated the ability to channel via active meditation in #nature, or essentially dissolving the cognitive boundary between myself and nature — full on practiced ritual integration with the fabric of reality. Any “artist” deep into their craft should understand the experience of losing one’s self in the process. “Here and now” — Where flow begins. . . Evidence? . . One of the most recurring elements of my work — stuff I can’t explain... is the way there seems a kind of subconscious omniscience that flows under my radar when balancing... as in creating a form that somehow becomes the subject of the environment forming around it at a later point in time... the way the environment seems to respond to my input. Or else knows what it’s doing the entire time, rendering my physical body a co-conspirator in realizing a greater vision beyond my own conscious conception. . . Seen here in the way the clouds mimic the transient form during the ever so short time it exists. In this case, the clouds (and colors) continuing the dominant diagonal plain of the balance... a connection that materialized over the course of 5 or so hours of my #tuningin . . And the threads become infinitely more complex for the feeble mind to understand when one considers the addition and inputs of all the (not so) random cues that emerge from the environment, which influence and redirect the creative flow mid process... For 1 år siden overtok jeg mitt nye kontor på Skagen 18 i Stavanger sentrum. Det er så lett å få inntrykk av at jeg har nailet dette året, og kanskje er det til syvende og sist det jeg har gjort, men det har vært en hard og humpete vei til der jeg er nå. Jeg møtte veggen 1/2 år tidligere. Fra å bære minst 10 hatter til dagen var jeg plutselig usikker på hvilken hatt jeg skulle bære videre. Hva er jeg? Hvem er jeg? Jeg var på rett sted til rett tid i fjor høst, og jeg er i dag sykt takknemlig for kontoret som sto og ventet på meg på Skagen 18. Det føltes riktig fra dag 1. Og det var godt å starte forfra igjen med det gode gamle trygge. Benken og meg. Naprapaten. Ett fokus. Ikke hundre. Kun ett. Jeg trengte et trygt, stødig og fast punkt hvor jeg kunne slå rot, og fra dette faste punktet kunne jeg begynne å skape. Det fant jeg på Skagen 18. Har du vært innom har du garantert kjent på den gode energien som er i det huset, og du vet hva jeg snakker om. Det var ikke jeg som fant Skagen 18. Skagen 18 fant meg. Og jeg er evig takknemlig. Det har vært et humpete år. Ikke sånn glatt og clean som på Instagram. Men det har vært et veldig fint og nødvendig år hvor jeg har hatt fokus på å temme den utålmodige delen av meg som helst skulle ha realisert alle drømmer i går, senke tempoet, slå rot, finne kontakt med meg selv og alt rundt meg, tune inn, finne min rytme, avbryte gamle mønster, gi slipp på gammal drit, og fylle på med kjærlighet til meg selv. Det siste er det vanskeligste, men det aller mest nødvendige. Shit altså, hvorfor er vi så harde mot oss selv? Det er en deilig og fæl prosess jeg ikke ville vært foruten. Det er godt å bevege seg videre. Det kommer jeg nok alltid til å gjøre. Stuck må være det mest klaustrofobiske jeg kan tenke meg. Jeg klapper meg selv på skulderen for å ha nådd hit. Og nå har jeg lyst til å skrive at jeg skal bevege meg fryktløst videre, men faktum er at jeg egentlig er pisseredd. Jepp. Så jeg skal fortsette å fylle på med kjærlighet til meg selv helt til jeg er stappfull av meg selv For da vet jeg at alt jeg gjør og gir videre er fullt av kjærlighet. Det er der vi alle må begynne. Vi må begynne med oss selv ❤️ #selflove
