This cover is burned deep inside my brain. I don’t ever remember renting it, let alone even seeing it in the video stores as a kid. But when I became serious about collecting years ago and was trying to track it down, something clicked when I saw the cover. I can just sense that it was on the video store shelves back in the day (Probably right in between Jack Frost & Uncle Sam).
