What’s crazy about this transformation is the picture on the left was while I was “crash” dieting and had lost about 20lbs, all of the attempts at losing, and fad diets being on weight watchers the majority of my life really just shows that obesity is in your genes. I was born this way and never learned the right way to mange my problem. But today thanks to my tool, I am happier, healthier and more than anything CONSISTENT with my body. Celebrate your success! Even when the scale is not moving your body is changing. I've always carried a lot of excess weight in my tummy area. I still have a lot of fat (and plenty of loose skin) in this area but it is noticeably smaller after losing 100+ pounds. For the past several weeks I've been hitting the gym, with a combo of cardio and strength training and daily ab work to strengthen those muscles. I am hoping to lose at least 30 more pounds and tone my muscles to help with the saggy skin.
