Tried to distract her with sticks to get her to stretch for a nice photo, which she promptly ate Mya stands really well and quietly, she’s been seriously impressing me lately with her maturity! Such a pleasant baby to work with. And I can’t believe how much bigger she is since I last got photos with her - only a month ago! Mya’s wearing Cady’s old weanling halter, which @_mb_eventing sent us all the way from the US! I absolutely love hand-me-downs, I think it’s extra special and Marissa was so unbelievably kind to do so! Mya’s also in hand-me-down rugs now, to keep her toasty warm at night I love how she isn’t phased in the slightest by whatever I chuck on her. ❤️

Trotting into the week it’s funny because I have quite an odd schedule! My only days off are Monday and Saturday, as for my hours they are from 11-6/7 It makes it tricky because I’m not able to see Lexington before I work so I have some late nights spent at the barn but I don’t mind! Does anyone else have a schedule that strays from the usual 9-5 five days a week? ‍♀️

Lex and I had a wonderful lesson today We focused on suppleness, bend and impulsion, and let me tell you that this big peach deserves an A+ I thought I’d just let you know officially, that I won’t be showing this season. Making an investment in a proper saddle for myself and Lex takes priority, as there will always be more show seasons ☺️ Which by the way I am so so so stoked about- September is when it should be arriving! Do you show? If so, on what circuit? ‍♀️

Monti hat unglücklicherweise 5 Punkte mit nach Hause gebracht, aber auch das ist halb so wild . . Heute ist wieder ein normaler Montag für alle - außer bei Ronja. Die schreibt morgen ihre nächste Klausur und lernt heute nochmal fleißig ohne dabei einzuschlafen. Noah meinte heute morgen nämlich, dass 4 Uhr spät genug zum Aufstehen ist . . YOU MAKE ME SMILE SO EFFORTLESSLY ✨ Ich glaub mein Grinsen spricht mehr als 1000 Worte oder? Zwei Tage gemeinsames Training und wir haben uns wieder eingefuchst und zusammen gefunden. Aber all das, und vor allem so ein glückliches Pferd, wäre gar nicht möglich ohne @domi_schokominza. Besser könnte ich das Mäuschen nicht versorgt wissen. Gemeinsam mit meinem Trainer hat sie Spitzenarbeit geleistet. Man sieht also mal wieder, im Reitsport gibt es nicht immer nur negativ Beispiele, was den Umgang unter den Reitern angeht. In diesem Fall kann ich nur sagen: TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK ♥️ Und auch ansonsten ist unsere Stall-Crew einmalig... 6 Monate weg gewesen und es fühlt sich so an als wäre es nicht mal eine Woche gewesen. Ich bin wirklich dankbar so tolle Menschen um mich herum zu haben. Noch dankbarer und stolzer bin ich allerdings auf meine tollen Pferde. Man sollte nach meinen gestrigen Beitrag ja nicht meinen es gäbe da nur ein ganz besonderes Pferd in meinem Leben. Nein, nein. So verschieden Diva und Chapeau auch sind, beiden gehört mein Herz, zu beiden Pflege ich eine besondere Beziehung. Sie sind einfach beide der Wahnsinn. Wahre Wunderpferde eben.
