В Америке можно вернуть любую покупку или почти любую. Даже и не припомню, случалось ли с нами такое, чтобы не принимали товар назад. Будь то еда, одежда, техника, нам удавалось вернуть что угодно. По закону у вас даже есть несколько дней на возврат автомобиля. Пару недель назад я купила себе летние шлёпанцы. Симпатичные до жути, пляжные, но такие нарядные. Стояли они с этикетками, чек тоже сохранился, да вот только в субботу во время уборки я решила оторвать бирки и выкинуть. А позже, в тот же день надела новую обувь затестить. Через минут 10 я материлась хлеще любого сапожника, а мои красивые ножки были изуродованы мозолями, до крови. От тряпичных шлёпок...до мяса. За 10 минут каких-то. Окей, за пол часа. Бирки выкинула, обидно...хоть в мусорку лезь. Отпустила ситуацию, сумма не критичная, хотя тут скорее обида и дело принципа. Не буду ходить вокруг да около, сегодня мы направились в магазин. Продавец не хотела принимать обувь без этикетки, да ещё и надетую...чек, к счастью, я нашла. Парочка весомых аргументов от Алекса все же заставили работников магазина забрать шлёпанцы-убийцы и вернуть нам деньги. Будь я Американкой, наверняка бы в суд ещё подала на бренд обувной. Или как минимум бы за перекись водорода деньги потребовала, которой я теперь раны обрабатываю. Вывод один, не выкидывать этикетки раньше времени А вы бы пошли принципа ради сдавать на моем месте, или забили бы на эти $20?
