Hello #fitfam This morning I bring you another What I Eat in a Day post. I actually love doing these & I continue to have requests for them, So I'll make sure I'm posting my most interesting/appetizing daily meals!
Breakfast: Six hard boiled eggs (discard the yolks), about 5oz of fresh strawberries, a large cup of coffee with a splash of 2% milk and pictured are my multivitamins & calcium/Magnesium/Vit D. With rapid weightloss some people are prone to bone loss. With me, this was true. It took a few months to sort it out and get it under control, but now I'm back where I should be .
Snack: One medium sized apple. When I'm feeling creative, I'll sometimes sprinkle cinnamon powder on cut up slices.
Lunch: I make turkey meatballs a lot! I may have a slight addiction. The meatballs contain no breadcrumbs or other "binders." They simply have 1 egg (I do my best to discard half of the yolk), salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dehydrated parsley, and freshly diced onion chunks! I pan fry them in a light spraying of Pam Cooking Spray.
Dinner: Chicken and veggie skewers. I use whatever veggies I have on hand, and I'll lightly sprinkle my favourite seasoning on the skewers before hitting the BBQ. On this day I sprinkled The Kegs Chicken & Ribs seasoning (it contains no sugar). #whatieatinaday #mealideas #foodprep

Honesty time: my weight today was 2 pounds higher than almost a week ago when I weighed myself. When I first stepped on the scale, I was a tad disappointed in myself. .

BUT.

Then my guy (like the amazing boyfriend he is ) that I still lost TWELVE pounds in a month and that is amazing in itself. .
.
I realized he was absolutely right and that I should be celebrating my hard work! I’m so happy to move down 12 more clips on my board and be just a few more pounds away from the 250’s!!! .

Here is some real talk for you - I am up 11lbs since my last weigh-in 3 weeks ago. And the majority of those 11lbs are from the last 12 days. I didn't track, I didn't drink enough water, and I ate whatever I wanted. Do I regret it? No! Not at all!
We had an amazing vacation and I had so much fun trying all the fun Disney foods! And I know what I have to do now to get back on track:
1) Water, water, water
2) Track. Every single bite.
I just got home from Costco, so my fridge is stocked with healthy, point friendly foods, my water bottle is full, and I'm ready to tackle this week!

Weigh-in Wednesday .
I stopped stepping on the scale a while back because I kept yo-yo’ing and that really messes with me so I stopped weighing myself. .
I dropped down to 178 last month and then week hit and we went to Rosarito... let’s just say that I looked and felt terrible. .
When we got back I weighed myself and that number I saw on the scale scared the savageness out of me! Then Donnie asked me to do this cleanse and I was like hell yes, I’m doing it!

I started 8 days ago and have dropped almost 14lbs. I have everything recorded and will share it all at the end of the cleanse.
.
I’m sharing this part of my journey with you guys because I want to be honest and I also want you guys to see that I struggle too! I gain a lot of weight when I fall off... remember I’m almost 6ft tall. So keep that in mind. That’s why I hate weighing myself after a cheat day

I will continue weighing myself every 2 days or so and updating my weigh-in highlight for you guys.

5.5lb gain this morning following a week off plan and then a weeks all inclusive! I’m really not upset after 2 weeks of fun! Didn’t make it to weigh in as been to look at my new house again and waiting for the surveyor to come to ours, aiming to be back at target by 2 weeks max

WOW!!!! I don’t even know what to say I am over the moon YOU ALSO KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS!!!! I am in the 11’s....11 Stone 12 pounds!!!! What the heck!!! I have not been in the 11’s for about a year I would have loved to have hit my goal weight for holiday but 5 pounds just seems a tad unrealistic and you know me at I am not about the unrealistic goal setting!! I’ve been there done that and it just ends in disappointment

So this week I am just going to keep doing what I am doing and see what happens. I go on holiday on Saturday so I’ll either weigh in Friday or Saturday And all I will be thinking this week is YES I CAN do this. I don’t have any plans this week so my head will be 100% in the game!!
