How to gain weight It's all about what you eat, how much is your calorie intake. There are some foods with high calories that you can eat to gain weight faster. (2nd picture) Eat every 2-3 hours, eats lots of protein rich food like eggs, nuts, beans and milk. Drink at least 2 glasses of milk every day. Don't drink water while you're eating, drink an hour before or after your meal. Sleep for at at least 8 hours a day, it's really important and stay hydrated. Endura Mass weight gainer is pretty good but please consult a doctor and take care (specially if you've problems with your liver ). Keep in mind that it is to be taken along with regular meals, don't replace them with this, that'll only be bad for your health. You can get this easily at any medical store for ₹595 (500 grams).It's pretty affordable as compared to other supplements (it just gives you extra calories, personally I used it a couple of years ago, I don't anymore cause I am alright with how much I weigh right now ). Other than this, I won't suggest using any gainer specially if you don't workout, that will only cause you big health problems. Don't eat junk/ processed foods like burgers or fries to gain weight, they're high in calories, sure but they aren't healthy and you won't be fit but fat with skin problems like acne and zits etc. Do more strength training( it'll give you muscle mass) than cardio (it burns fat).
