Few days ago @Artezaofficial contacted me and offered to send their watercolors and paper pad for a review. I made sure i can provide a honest review, and they said there is no problem about it If you saw my stories, I spent a while trying different stuff with them and here is what I feel about it. Spoiler: there are things I liked and I did not like, so read the whole thing and make sure you scroll the carousel to check out my videos ⠀ T͟͟h͟͟e͟͟ p͟͟a͟͟p͟͟e͟͟r͟͟ ⠀ Here there was a huge surprise! Usually I am very picky about my watercolor paper. I prefer some well known brands with 100% cotton paper, and rarely use cellulose paper, so I was not expecting a lot. Cellulose paper does not allow many layers of glazing, as the color stays on top of the surface and can be easily lifted with the next layer. This one allowed me as many layers as I needed! Also the texture allows nice granulation. It survived a lot of water and did not get wavy. It also survived brush scratching to wash out some color. I will definitely use it more in my next works! I can tell it is perfect for sketches. I guess I will need some more time to get used to its special feel, but so far i really liked it. ⠀ T͟͟h͟͟e͟͟ w͟͟a͟͟t͟͟e͟͟r͟͟c͟͟o͟͟l͟͟o͟͟r͟͟s͟͟ ⠀ The original price is about 45 euro per 60 tubes (less than a euro per tube) that makes it one of the cheapest on the market. They call it premium series, but let’s be honest: it is nice for marketing, because one cannot call it artist grade ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ❤️Packaging A beautiful solid box with pigment information. I know that many brands don’t bother themselves with showing information about pigments and lightfastness. Here you can find all the info right on the box and directly on the tubes. Also the box looks really nice and it is convenient to store all the stuff in the original box ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ❤️Tubes The tubes themselves look great and are really easy to open. When you open it, the paint goes out smoothly without any strange liquids or something, so you don’t need to waste a half of paint to throw away some strange content. Read more in the comments
