Over my 7 year fertility journey I watched everyone around me become pregnant. . I remember in my bones how it felt. . The thoughts that would fill my mind. . The guilt I felt for being jealous, angry or resentful. . Why them and not me, I would always wonder. . I now know that it's never that you’re not happy for the other person... . It just brings up the deep and unwavering desire that you have in your heart to have your baby. . You long for that day that you become pregnant and get to share your joyful news. . So, Love, it’s okay if you feel all the feelings that come with the announcement of someone else's pregnancy. . It’s natural and normal, so remember to be gentle with yourself. . It can also help to see each pregnancy announcement as a beautiful sign of what’s to come for you! .
