MY HIKING STORY!!! For a normal hiker to hike this path take around 2:00 hours... For me took 3:00 hours... But i did it... I start from Horten heading to Preikestolen around 5 at the morning and i had in my mind to arrive at Preikestolen Parking around 19.00, to hike up to the top (pulpit rock), to sleep on the top, at the morning to take some photos, to see the sunrise and finaly to start my hiking to the start point... BUT my hiking didt went as I believed... My driving between Horten and Preikestolen was amazing... I drove between waterfalls, frozen lakes, green forests... Due to all these amazing sceneries, I made a lot of stops, with result to arrive in Preikestolen Parking around 21:00... So, I start my hiking around 21:30... The result I had make 1,5 hour hiking with light till 23:00. Between 23.00 and 23.30 the light was twilight till the dark came and I start my hiking with a big lamp... Thanks god, I was prepare with that lamp and I found my path easier than I thought... I didn't scared so much, I had my light and the god with me... If you have had this routing, could you imagin how difficult would be to do this in the dark Maybe next days I upload a video with my routing that day... I think that I have one... Anyway, around 01.00 i was at the lake that located close to the top of Pulpit Rock... I was so sweaty from my hiking that I deside to swim in the lake... I had towel with me... It was so dark that I could't take photos... Nobody was there... Just me and the dark... So scary, Yes, but i enjoyed it... crazy things are for crazy people... And finally after all this hiking i reach the top.... Was amazing.... to hiking all these mountains in utter darkness was a unique experience... and i did it... i was on the top... alone... totaly alone... . . . I spent a whole day in this beautiful city ... It was a cloudy day but so peaceful ... I think it was the most beautiful city of those I visited in Norway these 18 days ... At first I did not appreciate it so much... Known and friends were telling me the best about Alesund... Eventually Alesund proved to be a failure ... So yes, I undoubtedly suggest Savanger ... Wonderful picturesque streets with traditional houses across the city and not just at one specific spot...
