Here’s ‘Heart’ photographed yesterday dozing in her usual spot. We’ve seen her here for the last three days from the boat, and she’ll probably stick around all summer if previous years are anything to go by. She is one of our oldest known mature females, we’ve been photographing her for 15 years now.

Worms Head - Gower Peninsular, Wales, UK Originally named 'Wurm' meaning 'dragon' by Viking invaders, this promontory, Worm's Head, is shaped like a giant sea-serpent and marks the most westerly tip of Gower Peninsular. Devils Bridge, on Worm's Head, Gower captured by @harplington WARNING:  Worm's Head is accessible by a causeway 2 1/2 hours either side of low tide. At other times the causeway is flooded and Worm's Head becomes an island.  The tidal currents in this area are extremely dangerous and cannot be crossed if you get cut off.  #RespectTheWater

New location for me yesterday, Rhossili Bay and the Worms Head Peninsular. Fantastic location, but you have to do a bit of scrambling around on the cliffs to get something different. I was initially hoping for a nice sunset and to photograph the wreck of the Helvetia on the beach, but it was obvious the thick cloud bank on the horizon was about to scupper that idea.
