Neroli! Where have you been all my life? I’ve had this oil for a while but only cracked it open last month. ‍♀️ Boy, have I been missing out!? I am in love with its citrus yet floral aroma. Amazing for skin support but my favourite is to couple it with Endoflex and White Angelica. I feel more balanced and grounded. It’s addictive, hence the roller top. If you would’ve told me a year ago that I’d be excited about filling up my dryer ball spray on a Wednesday afternoon I would have 1st: asked you what a dryer ball was, and 2nd: looked at you like you were a tad bit kooky. but this is my new normal and I love it! ⁣ ⁣ Using essential oils with wool dryer balls or even torn up cotton rags is such a great way to get soft, good smelling laundry without the yucky toxins. Dryer sheets are Combine several drops of your favorite oils (I’m using purification because it helps with all the yucky smells aka Oliver’s soccer socks, and lavender), add a squirt of witch hazel and fill the rest with water. You also can apply the oils directly to the dryer balls, but making a spray doesn’t use up so much of my oils. ❤️

Made another friend some quit sticks to support her while she is trying to kick a bad habit. So far these have been amazing in helping a few others I know as well! ❤️ First step is wanting to quit! Quit Sticks 15 drops Black pepper vitality 15 drops Cinnamon Bark vitality 5 drops Clove vitality 2 and half Teaspoons of some melted coconut oil or if it is cold where you live use some fractionated coconut oil. Add all oils to a 8oz jar Then add a package and a half of toothpicks to soak up all oil. Do the hard things. You have no idea what a huge deal this is to me. I’ve really struggled since I decided to leap into the business side of Young Living. I’m not a public speaker. Even live videos terrify me. But it finally clicked. I decided it’s time to get serious. If I want to stay home with my kids some day, I’ve gotta get over myself and do the hard things. If I’m ever going to experience this true financial freedom that I see people all around me gaining from Young Living, I’ve got to do the hard things. So tonight, I did my personal hardest thing; I talked... probably too much... in front of several people... I stuttered. I got tongue tied and lost my place in my notes. I probably looked down at my notes too often. But I. DID. IT. I bit the bullet and I did the hard thing, and I feel so much better for it.
