Spent the last hour and a half creating something SUPER exciting for you all...⚡️ But it’s time for a break and a bike ride with the pups. - When I was a full time yoga teacher I’d spend most of my day in the car driving from studio to studio or all the different gyms around the area. By the time I got home I was pretty gassed and it was frustrating to be giving all day long and not have anything left by the time I was home. When I found out that was the reality of most full time yoga teaching gigs, I knew I had to pursue an alternate route in the fitness industry. Nowadays I take them for an extra long walk and EVERY day I’m thankful that I don’t have to ask anyone for permission to take a break. I remember working at the bar and the only people who got breaks were the ones who smoked Anyone in the service industry feel me on that one?!? I always thought that was strange. Nowadays, I clock in when I want, I work from where I want, and my dogs get pretty much the best life imaginable. #doitforthedogs #bestlife #Tod&JackJack

A good wrist preparation and a strong core can bring you closer to this beautiful pose. Can’t get enough of it⠀⠀ I’m always talking about “squeezing belly “ here. Yep, it’s the truth. It’s also very good if you can engage your legs and press your thigh towards your chest going down from handstand into L-sit. First point toes, then flex the feet just before you are coming through your hands. ⠀⠀ Try it!!
