Just as in PLANK. ⁣ Strengthening the triceps required to help support Poses like Crow and eventually push up into Crane. ⁣ Have fun practicing beautiful yogis!

Let’s work on ⁣⁣ 1. Handstand leg lifts and wrist tap⁣⁣ Start as if you will do a Handstand but instead of kicking up just bend one knee and then the other. Second option is to tap your toes to your wrists.start with 5/10 on each side.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 2. Forearm side plank twists⁣⁣ Come in to Forearm side plank and hold it for 3 breaths and then swap the sides. start with 5 on each side.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 3. Dolphin dips⁣⁣ Dolphin pose is my favorite shoulder strengthener and great if you want to work on Pincha. Start with 10 pulses forward and back and slowly increase the number.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 4. Plank ups⁣⁣ Going from Plank to Forearm plank and back up is great for both shoulders and core. Start with 10 repetitions and don’t forget to swap the arms.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 5. Down dog Push ups⁣⁣ This one looks easier than it actually is. Come to Downward dog and from there do a push up without bringing the hips down.start with 10 repetitions.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Happy a safe and mindful practice dear friends!❤️ ⁣

How to start with arm balances ? • Lose your fear of falling and failing. Don’t expect to lift up into a crow, pincha or handstand from the first try. For most of us it will not happen. But don’t get disheartened. Cheer up and have fun. View arm balances as a game. Be excited. Think of a little child learning to walk. That might have been the most important lesson of perseverance in our life. If you don’t give up it’s guaranteed you will get it done. But don’t set a timeline either. • • Inspirational words aside: Warm up and strengthen your wrists Pay attention to correct execution of plank and chaturanga poses. Do them often and hold them longer. If you learn how to crow, place a pillow in front of you. Don’t be scared to face plant. You will most certainly survive it. If you learn how to pincha or handstand then start with your back towards the wall. Watch tutorials on arm balances. Nowadays Instagram and YouTube have so much to offer.
