Do you like traveling? Imagine that you can travel wherever you want, do what you ❤️ and earn at the same time. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ It’s a very common practice in America to be a “traveling yoga teacher.” They never sit still, travel all the time with master classes, yoga tours, and training. Imagine you go to Rome first, New York after that, then Berlin and so many other cities . ⠀ ⠀ No regular schedule. No regular students. Always fresh new audience, which comes one time to a master class for new experiences. ⠀ ⠀ Financially, this seems like an ideal arrangement. It’s an opportunity to optimize your efforts to pull in huge groups and a lot of money in one day, and also gives you the chance to watch the world around you. ⠀ ⠀ My question is not just for yogis ‍♀️, but for anyone with an opinion on the matter: ⠀ ⠀ Do you think a teacher should have scheduled classes and consistent students at one single point on this planet whom he/she can lead to progress ⠀ ⠀ Should he regularly give classes at all, even if it’s just for 3 students, or is that an irrational expenditure of energy? ⠀ ⠀ Would you choose to teach a class three times a week with just 6 people, giving a lot of effort to earn little money, or would you choose to travel and give workshops to new faces in a new city week after week? Would you prefer the comfort of a repetitive schedule or the adventure of a new plan every week?

Tag my name below your pic and comment #yogaquest_astavakrasana and I will repost best pictures in my story. ⠀ Инструкции: ⠀ - начинаем с положения сидя с прямой спиной - разогреваем бедро вращающими движениями - укладываем икру на руку ближе к плечу - отрываем пятку второй ноги от пола, ягодицы на полу - пробуем оторвать ягодицы, а пятка на полу - пробуем поднять и пятку и ягодицы, повисаем на руке. Руки прямые - из этого положения накидываем стопу прямой ноги на вторую - а теперь начинаем подавать корпус тела вперёд, медленно сгибая руки (как чатуранга, видео можно посмотреть там же в IGTV) - одновременно плотно сжимаем руку ногами, начинаем их выпрямлять и вытягивать в сторону - поднимаем ягодицы выше, на уровень плеч. Where does one’s spiritual journey begin? Where does one know where to start? I’m really not too sure at this moment, I think it’s going to look different for everyone. But I think the first step is fully becoming aware of the mind, body, heart, and soul. And then putting the pieces together from there. Does one need to go through heavy life experiences to know? Does one need to do extensive research to learn the facts or hear from someone who is speaking pure truth? I think it takes a little bit of everything. And the journey doesn’t just stop at the beginning. Growth takes time. Day by day, little by little. Lots of effort, determination, and open-mindedness.
