Day 7 of #abnewyearstashchallenge is actives! I’m very much a newbie when it comes to actives so I always go for the low % or the mild ones and I do research a lot before committing. I know my skin can handle it, I’m just too scared to try! I’m only confident when it comes to vitamin c because I’ve tried both mild and strong ones and I know my skin can handle it. . Favorites in the pic are @fromnature_official AGE Intense Treatment Essence (FTE), @skii Facial Treatment Essence (FTE as well) and @cosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence (more like a very tacky serum than an “essence” in my definition). All of these are great helpers against skin dehydration and are definitely worth trying if this is something you are looking for. The SKII and the From Nature FTEs contain fermented ingredients though - good news for those who love fermented skincare, but bad news for those who show negative reactions to these... what I also love is that all of these three are free from added fragrance yay (some of you may know that I wanna go fragrance free, maybe not 100% but as far as possible ) .
