today I literally just want to do nothing but eat
not sure what is going on but I am so hungry like nothing is filling me, eating more than usual at meals today and still not feeling any where near satisfied so I have had a bigger dinner tonight than usual and debating going to shop for snacks coz snacks
half of me is like “ugh no more food” and half of me is like “listen to what ur body needs” which I still struggle with coming from a weight loss perspective !!! but pushing through eating good food & hoping that eventually I’ll feel abit full soon ish maybe who knows probs not
I want you to care less, but girl, you still need to care ..a LOT.

almost 50% of adults are currently suffering from mild to extreme obesity.
20% of children are considered obese. (the kind of life you live IS or WILL effect your children’s lives).
-
simple terms, obesity is being caused throughout the masses by excess sugar intake.
fake sugars.
real sugar.
processed food with fake sugar.
artificial sweeteners in soda.
it messes with your gut health, brain function, fat storage, hunger hormones, insulin, and SO much more.
-
the human body begins storing more fat than it actually needs because your hormones are so insanely confused by the amount of endocrine and hormone disruptors going into your body (via processed + artificial drinks and food).
the body is then in a CONSTANT state of fight or flight (aka stress) because it feels like its always threatened by what is being put into it.
..& therefore your body continues to inflame itself MORE AND MORE for protection, but also leading to disease in the process.
-
guys.
THE HUMAN BODY IS NOT DESIGNED TO BREAK DOWN CHEMICALS, ARTIFICIAL FOOD / ADDITIVES, AND PROCESSED FOOD DAILY.
-
the cycle is VICIOUS and it’s effecting 50% of the people you see on a day to day to basis.
addicted to sugar.
not sure why they’re addicted to sugar.
so more sugar is consumed.
more weight is gained.
more motivation is lost.
the sugar addiction continues.
the will to change lessens.
the quality of life diminishes slowly.
the medical bills start rising.
and the cycle continues.
-
diabetes, heart disease, cancer, auto-immune diseases are NO JOKE and the links to them are becoming more clear and proven by the day.
just because you can go out on the weekends & dance your butt off after 7 drinks does NOT mean you’re healthy or “just blessed to be able to eat whatever and not worry about anything.”
-
we can do these things because we’re young, but YEARS AND YEARS of chemical + processed food intake won’t just magically = perfect health.
-
so yes, care less about the perfection (if you missed yesterday’s post, go read!)
BUT CARE MORE ABOUT THE SERIOUSNESS OF LEARNING HOW TO NOURISH YOUR BODY.
your future self will thank you.
I don’t think I’ve ever been this flat since depletion week of prep! Being lean is great and all but this goes to show why you need to eat right and eat enough for optimal gym performance, recovery, and strength. I’ve definitely noticed a huge drop in my recovery in the last week.

Just within the first 10-30 minutes of intense exercise, your muscles begin to lose its initial glycogen storage (think food for the muscles). Couple that with a low caloric intake or depletion of carbs, your glycogen stores can be depleted almost completely relatively quickly. This is why glycogen replenishment is key to maintaining your strength and speed, generating energy, and the ability to sustain performance and resist fatigue. Once you stay depleted for too long, you’ll notice your muscles beginning to look “flat” or smaller, less defined, and quite literally flat like my boobs lmao. What’s the point of overworking yourself to look good if you end up looking like you’ve never worked out in your life? Basically what I’m trying to say is THIS GIRL IS FEASTING TONIGHT
