So this mumma took some much needed time out from mumming and surrounded myself with amazing people who love what I love and believe in what I believe in It was amazing I loved every minute, I learnt so much I grew so much and I got to replace my burnt out mumma batteries! Priorities I’m trying to prioritize my self care making sure I look after me more! I’ve never been very good at it, some women are and I admire their ability to always make themselves a priority and do it consistently! After being pregnant and having 3 babies within 5yrs, I need to start giving myself some TLC which is hard cause I now have a 4yr old 2yr old and 7mth old to look after and life is busy But I’m worth it so I’m prioritizing and I’m starting with my hair it needs nourishment and growth promotion hormones have not been nice to in my last pregnancy so tonight I made a hair mask with coconut oil and a selection of essential oils that promote stimulation growth renewal and nourishment! The weather has finally started to realize it’s Autumn My life has been hectic and my immune system is struggling I started sneezing all day yesterday and today I woke up feeling like crap stuffed nose sore throat feeling like I want to crawl back into bed and sleep the day away But that’s not allowed to happen I’m a mumma to 3 little kiddies and I don’t get naps or time to just be sick life is busy and I literally don’t have time to be sick I’ve made myself my version of an essential oil antibiotic capsule I took one yesterday one this morning and I’ll take another tonight, I’m so glad I have oils to help add extra support or an alternative to western medicine options I’ve discussed with my dr and she is happy for me to support my body with oils first and hopefully I won’t require or can limit my need of an antibiotic that may help but will also kill off good bacteria my body needs.
