In my very unbiased opinion Almond milk takes the crown as a much better choice when compared to cow milk! I also think it tastes much better

Despite the hundreds of ads I saw when growing up, telling us to drink cow's milk for calcium, it turns out that Almond milk actually has more calcium due to fortification! It also has more Vitamin E, no cholesterol and no saturated fat

Calcium is super important in the body and helps to in hormone release along with muscle contractions and other major roles! However, there are better whole food sources of calcium to opt for, like dark leafy greens, which is way higher in calcium than cows milk .
