Strong Mamas need Strong Coffee! ☕️ . We’re a few days into “normal” life back home after a weeklong NICU stay. I have such a different appreciation for these newborn days. Maybe it’s the stress of the NICU, maybe it’s the fact that this one is IT for me. But I’m 100% ok with these slow, snuggle-filled days. With my girls I was itching to get back to my workouts, my friends, my life. But I’m just putting it all on hold for a while. That doesn’t mean it’s not CRZY over here...so coffee is definitely a must! . To all the NICU mamas out there...so much love and hugs. You’re a special kind of STRONG. It’s something you can’t understand unless you’ve been there.
