[lat pull downs, low row, kettlebell swings, stiff dead’s, iso standing piston breathing 3 min total. ] followed by 20 more min on treadmill with baby Kace. Some may think it’s selfish to go to the gym so soon after baby. Some may think it’s unsafe or unhealthy. Luckily I had a good delivery and stayed in shape throughout pregnancy to be able to go to the gym 3 weeks PP. I’m almost at 6 weeks now. I’m NO expert but hope to be one day. Currently I’m doing research and listening to other athletic mom’s helping one another with all the motherhood tasks, doubts, concerns and most of the “worrying” we All try to hide. Time flys by with a newborn. But there are days , like today that are hard and exhausting. Hardly have had a meal or drank any water because of the demands of a newborn.
